Collaborated closely with NAWIC representatives to understand the organization’s mission, core values, and key messaging.
Outlined a visual and narrative structure that would authentically represent women in different roles across the industry — from project managers and engineers to skilled laborers and mentors.
Developed a production schedule aligned with NAWIC events and member availability to maximize impact.
Production:
Filmed on-location at active construction sites, corporate offices, and NAWIC chapter events to capture a diverse and powerful range of footage.
Conducted sit-down interviews with members and leaders to capture personal stories, challenges overcome, and visions for the future.
Used professional cameras, drones, and audio equipment to ensure polished, cinematic visuals and crisp sound quality.
Post-production:
Edited footage into a cohesive, emotionally resonant video that blended interviews, action shots, and b-roll.
Incorporated subtle motion graphics and NAWIC branding to enhance professionalism and maintain visual consistency.
Created short-form versions for social media, with platform-specific optimization for reach and engagement.
Promotion and Impact:
Delivered multiple video cuts for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, allowing NAWIC to reach both professional and public-facing audiences.
Supported NAWIC in launching the video during a national awareness campaign, maximizing visibility and member pride.
